Error: Triangulation or diagnosis

Sometimes when you resolve errors, you can triangulate to find the source of error. The triangulation may help you to isolate error even if you may not be able to diagnose it. Solving remains the better option, but triangulation before solving could save vital time. When I was installing Compliance Manager, our product after a long time, the installation stoppped at Step 6 which was final. I was in dark initially, but by repeat erroring, a got a log, and I noticed a point from which installing was haling. I made an educated guess, the configuration could be at fault. I removed that module, and the installation completed.
